FREE LIVE TALK AND MEDITATON:

Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2026, 6pm PT

Tonight, I’ll be talking about how to be less anxious — including some simple things you can do to turn down the sense of alarm, get out of repetitive worry, and build a deeper feeling of safety and confidence inside yourself.
