What does it mean to truly come home to yourself, especially when life feels overwhelming? In this Wednesday Talk, guest teacher Stephanie Noble explores how Buddhist teachings, meditation, and the support of a sangha (spiritual community) can help us find steadiness, connection, and a sense of belonging. Stephanie offers practical wisdom for caring about others without carrying their suffering, staying connected to community between gatherings, and meeting life’s challenges with compassion. She also reflects on the Noble Eightfold Path and how meditation can help us loosen our defenses, recognize our interconnectedness, and find refuge in the simple experience of being alive.
