Compassion, for others and for yourself, is the first step. Compassion is independent of judgement and is in itself, bittersweet. Bitter, for the suffering being experienced. Sweet, for the support response that is taking place. In this video, I’ll share three steps to effectively practice self-compassion which, in turn, will help you develop compassion for others.
