Saturdays at 7:00am PT with Anja Šušak Kuburić

With over a decade of experience working with individuals and groups, Anja is a mindfulness facilitator and coach trained in Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness. A certified Motherhood Studies and Nurture Neuroscience Practitioner, she works internationally from her home in Serbia. Her practice draws on neuroscience, self-compassion, and wisdom of the body and nervous system, most recently in deep support of women navigating motherhood.

Karyn Chalk is a trauma- and neuroscience-informed wellbeing coach and brain health trainer based in New Zealand. Karyn combines life experience, practical tools with evidence-informed approaches, including positive neuroplasticity, Havening Techniques®, and brain health, to help people build resilience, feel more balanced, and thrive in everyday life.

Catherine is a Yoga Therapist, Mindfulness Educator, and PNT Teacher. She loves to help people develop skills and strengths to manage their vulnerabilities and challenges. In her small, intimate retreat space in the Blue Mountains near Sydney, Australia she offers classes, workshops and weekend retreats for people to pause and recalibrate, as well as programs online and in her community.

George holds a masters in Philosophy and Economics and is a Certified Professional Coach from CIT and a mindfulness teacher from the Oxford Mindfulness Centre. His business resonance inspires people and organ-izations to awareness and human growth. He also teaches Being-Doing Balance, a multi-disciplinary method he developed combining mindfulness, self-compassion and PNT. He works in Basel, Switzerland.

Diana is a licensed psychologist with over 25 years of experience providing individual, group and family therapy. As a certified mindfulness instructor, she brings integrity, compassion and acceptance into her work. Diana was an executive director of a treatment program before delving deeper into the neuroplastic benefits of mindfulness and breathwork. She works from Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
