A nurse anesthetist with over two decades of clinical experience, Tanya bridges science, somatics, and self-leadership to help women create emotionally and financially rich lives. She is an Authorized Positive Neuroplasticity Teacher and Co-Founder of the Embodied Brain, Inner Evolution Breathwork Facilitator Certification. Tanya is also a published author and the founder of Tanya Saunders Holistic Wellness Consulting.
