Tuesdays
7am PT / 10am ET / 4pm CET / 7:30pm IST
Starts July 21 with Eni Susak
In this small group you’ll learn to understand the language of your nervous system and build the capacity to feel more settled and at home in yourself. We’ll recognize our different states, track where we are, and discover practices that help us return to calm. A central thread is co-regulation, woven through real practice in small breakout groups each week.
Learn More About Eni
Based in Serbia, Eni holds a BA in philosophy and blends her background as a yoga teacher, long-time meditator, and coach to support both individuals and groups. Thursdays
5am PT / 8am ET / 2pm CET / 5:30 pm IST
Starts July 23 with Anja Susak
You’ve spent years showing up for everyone else and became the one person you were least kind to. Drawing on mindfulness, self-compassion, and the neuroscience of lasting change, we’ll explore what it means to be on your own side — quieting the inner critic, meeting hard emotions with kindness, and slowly becoming your own best friend.
Learn More About Anja
Anja is a mindfulness mentor and coach, trained in Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness. With over 10 years of experience working with individuals and groups, she helps women reconnect with their intuition, trust themselves, and cultivate inner ease. Sundays
Sun 4:30pm PT / 7:30pm ET
Mon 9:30am AEST / 11:30am NZ
Starts July 26 with Catherine Sherlock
This group is for those drawn to an inward, evolutionary journey — an exploration of existential spirituality rather than fixed belief or doctrine. We’ll work to establish a ground of being, listen for the soul’s calling, and come to see core wounds as guideposts for growth. Running through it all is interconnection: our own inner work is never separate from the whole.
Learn More About Catherine
Catherine is a Yoga Therapist, Mindfulness Educator, and PNT Teacher. She loves to help people develop skills and strengths to manage their vulnerabilities and challenges. In her small, intimate retreat space in the Blue Mountains near Sydney, Australia she offers classes, workshops and weekend retreats for people to pause and recalibrate, as well as programs online and in her community.

Starts July 26 with Karyn Chalk
This practice group draws on the power of positive neuroplasticity to help you grow, heal, and thrive. We’ll explore the brain’s three core needs — safety, satisfaction, and connection — and pair each with practices that build self-worth, contentment, and belonging. Much of our work is learning how to stay green when life starts beeping bright red.
