Feeling overwhelmed, tense, or caught in anxious thoughts?
Stress can take over our bodies and minds, leaving us exhausted, reactive, and disconnected from ourselves and others. But there is a way to find steadiness, even in the middle of life’s chaos.

So this week I thought I’d share a meditation on Mindfulness of Breathing for relieving stress. Through the simple act of breathing, we can calm down our nervous system – which allows us a foundation to build lasting inner strength, peace, and resilience.

In my talk, I also share how to stay present while your mind is racing, how to use the breath to calm your nervous system, and how to apply ancient practices to modern-day stress.
