This Wednesday Night Meditation included a 50-minute guided meditation and talk and 39-minute question and answer session with guest teacher Stephen Snyder.
Stephen began practicing daily meditation in 1976. Since then, he has studied Buddhism extensively – investigating and engaging in Zen, Tibetan, and Western nondual traditions. Stephen was authorized to teach in 2007 by the Venerable Pa Auk Sayadaw, a Burmese meditation master and renowned scholar. In 2009, he coauthored Practicing the Jhānas, exploring concentration meditation as presented by Pa Auk Sayadaw. His latest book is Buddha’s Heart: Meditation Practice for Developing Well-Being, Love, and Empathy, released November 2020.
I hope you find it helpful, and you are welcome to join my free Wednesday Meditations – open to everyone!
