Sean Fargo is a former Buddhist monk, Founder of Mindfulness Exercises, and former staff at Spirit Rock Meditation Center. He teaches mindfulness for the E.P.A., N.O.A.A., Mindful Fed, various Olympic Teams, healthcare centers, schools, hospitals, and prisons.
