It’s so common these days to feel weighed down by stress, anxiety, or a nagging sense that something is… missing. Much of that can be attributed to craving—the subtle and not-so-subtle ways we chase after satisfaction.
So this week, I dive into the root of craving and build on profound teachings from the Buddha. I explore how you can grow inner strengths and internalize experiences of “already being enough,” even amidst life’s challenges. I also offer tips and perspectives to move from craving and dissatisfaction to a deeper sense of peace and well-being.
Because when we feel already truly safe, truly satisfied, and truly connected in the moment, we can meet life’s difficulties without getting overwhelmed by them.
