Join guest teacher Stephanie Noble for a live-streamed weekly meditation, talk, and discussion. Stephanie Noble is the author of Asking In, Six Empowering Questions Only You Can Answer; Invitation to Insight, Meditative Poems, and the soon-to-be-released Into the Hills, An Inner Adventure Novel exploring the Buddha’s Noble Eightfold Path. On Stephanie’s website, there are over 600 dharma posts from her decades of sharing her understanding of the dharma. Her guided meditations for reducing anxiety and quickly handling a sudden upset are on Insight Timer. She has served on the board of Buddhist Insight Network since 2019, connecting Insight teachers and sangha leaders around the US and the world for mutual benefit.
