Wednesday Weekly Meditation and Talk with Michael Gayner
Much research has shown that meditation is one of the very best ways to cultivate the brain states of self-awareness, calm and inner peace, lovingkindness, mindfulness, and happiness – as well as strengthen the immune system and nurture other health benefits.
Join guest teacher Michael Gayner for a live-streamed weekly meditation, talk, and discussion. Michael was the Executive Director of Drala Mountain Center from 2012 to 2023, and has been practicing meditation since the mid-1980s. He has a Ph.D. in Education with a focus on holistic education, and on the intersection of teaching and spiritual practice. Michael is presently serving as the Chief Operating Officer of the Global Compassion Coalition, and has a coaching and consulting practice.
These teachings are offered freely, at no charge.
