Much research has shown that meditation is one of the very best ways to cultivate the brain states of self-awareness, calm and inner peace, lovingkindness, mindfulness, and happiness – as well as strengthen the immune system and nurture other health benefits.

Join guest teacher Diana Hill for a live-streamed weekly meditation, talk, and discussion. Diana Hill, PhD, is a clinical psychologist, international trainer, and sought-out speaker on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and compassion. She is author of the upcoming book, Wise Effort: How to Focus Your Genius Energy Where It Matters Most, with foreword by Rick Hanson. Diana works with organizations and individuals to develop psychological flexibility so that they can grow fulfilling and impactful lives.

These teachings are offered freely, at no charge.
