Note: Each group is limited to 25 participants and are first-come, first-served. These sessions will not be recorded, so please only sign up if you actually plan on attending live on Zoom.

Tuesdays at 8am ET with Eni Šušak

Starts July 21st

Based in Serbia, Eni holds a BA in philosophy and blends her background as a yoga teacher, long-time meditator, and coach to support both individuals and groups. Through nervous system regulation, positive neuroplasticity, joy practices, and solution-focused coaching, she helps people grow inner strengths and feel more grounded, empowered, and deeply engaged with life.

Thursdays at 10am ET with Anja Šušak Kuburić

7am PT / 4pm CEST / 7:30pm IST

With over a decade of experience working with individuals and groups, Anja is a mindfulness facilitator and coach trained in Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness. A certified Motherhood Studies and Nurture Neuroscience Practitioner, she works internationally from her home in Serbia. Her practice draws on neuroscience, self-compassion, and wisdom of the body and nervous system, most recently in deep support of women navigating motherhood.

Stacey Royce is a long time yoga practitioner, teacher, and dancer. With a combination of humor, curiosity, ease, and kindness, Stacey helps facilitate behavioral change through yoga therapy and Positive Neuroplasticity. The daily practices of mindfulness and self-compassion are the gateway to self-development while PN and the HEAL program are the next level of learning. She is based in Portland, OR, USA.

Karyn Chalk is a trauma- and neuroscience-informed wellbeing coach and brain health trainer based in Dunedin, New Zealand. Karyn combines practical tools with evidence-informed approaches, including Positive Neuroplasticity, Havening Techniques®, and Brain Health, to help people build resilience, feel more balanced, and thrive in everyday life.

Fridays at 9:30am ET with Kerry Hospelhorn

6:30am PT / 3:30pm CEST / 7pm IST / 11:30pm AEST

Kerry Hospelhorn, LCSW-C, is a mindfulness based psychotherapist from Fallston, Maryland, USA, and is a certified mindfulness/meditation teacher. She incorporates mind-fulness, positive neuroplasticity and self compassion in her work with individuals and groups. Kerry enjoys working with others who share the intent to live authentically, notice the small things in life, and find humor in the lessons life throws our way.Â
