When is this summit happening?

The Resilience Summit originally aired on March 19-23, 2018, and is now available for you to watch for free at anytime. It consists of 5 days of interviews by Rick Hanson of guest experts, plus related resources such as the Top 2 for Today tips. When you register now, you’ll receive an email each day for 5 days, with a link to a new topic with an expert interview and additional resources.

What if I can't watch an interview at a particular time?

The interviews are pre-recorded, so you can watch or listen to them whenever you like after you receive the links via email.

Yes! All Summit videos and audios will be available for you to download, in mp4 and mp3 formats.

How long is each interview?

Each expert interview is about an hour. For ease of use, these are presented in 4 shorter videos. Each day of the Summit also includes a 5-10 minute guided experiential practice with Rick Hanson, as well as other resources such as quizzes, background research, and useful tips.

Are CE Credits or certification available?

The Resilience Summit does not offer Continuing Education Credits or certificates of attendance.
