This Wednesday Night Meditation included a 36-minute meditation and 47-minute talk and discussion, with guest teacher Zindel Segal.
Dr. Segal is a Distinguished Professor of Psychology in Mood Disorders at the University of Toronto, and one of the creators of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy for depression. He is a world-class expert on the applications of mindfulness – and having interviewed him on the Being Well podcast, I can add that he is a very warm and deep person who is dedicated to helping others.
Dr. Segal’s The Mindful Way Workbook is available here: The Mindful Way Workbook To learn about his online Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy offerings, visit: MBCT.
I hope you find it helpful, and you are welcome to join my free Wednesday Meditations – open to everyone!
